In everyday life, there are always supposedly “urgent and important” problems that need to be resolved. However, you must keep looking ahead to the horizon and stay on track.
These problems will drop away when you implement the procedures and organisation that will stop them from reoccurring.
While I look out at the horizon from a mountaintop in the beautiful Vosges, that’s what comes to my mind - what is the long-term vision ie THE HORIZON of my business? Which mountains do you need to climb?
